The Makita’s star protection computer control protects battery by avoiding over-heating and over-loading. The 3-stage LED gauge alerts about the battery charge level. Wire mesh intake covers are designed to avoid debris from entering motor. Electric brake stops the wheel in 2 seconds or less on release of the paddle switch. Spiral bevel gears offer smoother rotations and also ensure efficient energy transfer. It is perfect for grinding, cutting and sanding wide range of materials including tile, concrete, pipe, conduit and more.
