The stainless steel blade features etched double-edge measurement markings for clear visibility and longer wear. The Empire level 16-inch combination square has a Blade Lock™ self-aligning bolt that lets you adjust the blade quickly for accurate measurements. The bolt is easy to loosen when you need to use the machined head independently for determining accurate level and plumb. The Empire level heavy-duty combination square has a TRUE BLUE® vial consisting of e-BAND™ acrylic for impact resistance and clear visibility. The machined head also contains an onboard pin for scribing layout lines.
