Made from high strength, tensile steel for added durability in high volume applications, providing smoother operation and longer tool life. This socket has a machine welded 3/4 In. drive plate, permitting the use of an extension, ratchet or breaker bar to tighten the locknut as required. This socket is designed for better grip with a powder-coated finish providing added rust protection. In addition, sockets are laser etched for permanent identification and easy reading. The chamfered edges and 6 point design, grips fasteners more tightly, preventing fastener rounding while providing maximum fit and comfort. These sockets are great for heavy duty automotive use.
